Friendly, helpful advice. Josh talked me through it all - not pushy at all. Loaned me a car until mine was ready for no extra charge. Lewis set up my phone for me and made sure all the settings were tailored for me before I went. Very efficient.

Miles Osborne guided us through the process from first enquiry some months earlier and was very knowledgeable and professional. At no point did we not understand what was occurring and he made the process painless and enjoyable.

Took my car in for a MOT at 8 o'clock in the morning and didn't get my car back till 4.30 in the afternoon. I was not very happy with that. Surely you should say to the customer what time it would be ready.

From handing over key to collection was very good. Pleased that I was contacted regarding an issue found whilst doing checks. This meant work could be carried out and I would not have to wait for car to be repaired.

It just seemed that the pressure was a bit too intense. Some things like gap insurance that we have had before were just skipped over without explanations as to why it wasn't included.

The Service Advisor (Annabel Gladman) was very helpful when I dropped my Mini off for diagnostic check. Unfortunately, Mini's quote for recommended repairs was significantly more than other garages, which is why I did not proceed.

I do not think the "Bumper Solution" is appropriate for all customers - It definitely was not OK for me. I should be able to pay for extra services using a credit or debit card. In the end I gave up on asking for extra services.

Not a scheduled service, but a recovery to Mini. Start to finish the service team were happy to help and accommodating of a last minute drop-in. Annabel kept us well informed and suspension was fixed well within expectations.
