My whole experience with Mini was horrific. The first mini delivered in November was damaged by the transporter. I subsequently had to fill in the paperwork 3 times. Now I've run out of space to explain it so Mini doesn't really care.

Nothing wrong with the service, just expensive. The person I spoke to initially was very helpful. Your automatic key collection was a total failure. The receptionist had to unlock every box before getting to my key.
