Whole team were warm and friendly, were able to answer questions and resolve issues or answer questions. Even when there were long delivery delays , they kept me up to date.

We had a trainee salesperson who did her best but clearly lacked knowledge about electric cars and it would have been good if at some point we had been joined by someone with more knowledge and expertise. Not having a user manual didn't help.

Purchasing my car was made easy. No sales pressure. All my questions were answered, information was given in a clear and relevant manner. I didnt feel hurried in any way and the salesman was happy to repeat the information when i asked for clarity.
