They struggle with the Mini UK and Mini FS processes. I believe the faults lie predominantly between Mini UK and Mini FS.

I was happy with the service provided by Taylor however I was disappointed with the lack of updates from Mini. Once I had raised my disappointment I was updated more but I don't think it should have took for me to complain first.

They kept me up to date and were so helpful. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that I let them know that I may be late collecting and so would bring a spare key, but the car was put in the compound at the end of the day.
