Took time to explain the servicing package which I had disregarded from just an email received. When split out I could see the financial benefit so really appreciated that. Felt welcomed whilst waiting and always nice to get back into the car clean.

Very attentative staff who dealt with my lack of tech knowhow in a sensitive manner. Ruby was especially great taking me for a test drive and then helping me to choose colours, style etc. On collection everything was taken car of and explained.
