The start of my experience of purchasing my new mini was troublesome resulting in a severe delay to receiving my car. However, once Ben Newman took over the handling of my order, the service was exceptional and he went above and beyond.

This is our third MINI - and our first ever all-electric vehicle - and we were very happy with the help we received from Michael, the Sales Executive at Dick Lovett MINI Swindon when deciding which model to choose that met our requirements.

The sales person was friendly and pursuasive but he didn't give us the final offer in writing ; showed on his computer screen and then denied it . It left a bitter taste in our mouths .

Not a scheduled service, but a recovery to Mini. Start to finish the service team were happy to help and accommodating of a last minute drop-in. Annabel kept us well informed and suspension was fixed well within expectations.

My service advisor was a smart looking and very friendly man called Paul. I was sent a video explaining to me that my car required some additional work. Paul made me feel at ease and did not pressure me into the additional work.

I'd had some trouble booking online/wasn't sure which services I had to have so I rang up and spoke to a really helpful advisor called Charlie, who sorted everything for me. I was also contacted by Lauren who was helpful too.

Had a tyre replaced which should be covered by the insurance policy Mini sold me 5 months ago. Wasn't unaware until the last minute that the policy was with a third party, told claiming was easy, now being ghosted by Mini regarding the claim form.

Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Answered all questions, weren't pushy at all. Lewis was brilliant at keeping in touch or answering calls. Nothing was too much trouble and a really pleasant, honest salesperson.

After tyre blowing out, had no option with mini assist for car to be taken to my excellent local car fitters so ended up in main dealership miles away. The tyre price difference was horrendous & had really stressful trip to pick car up.
