The start of my experience of purchasing my new mini was troublesome resulting in a severe delay to receiving my car. However, once Ben Newman took over the handling of my order, the service was exceptional and he went above and beyond.

This is our third MINI - and our first ever all-electric vehicle - and we were very happy with the help we received from Michael, the Sales Executive at Dick Lovett MINI Swindon when deciding which model to choose that met our requirements.

The sales person was friendly and pursuasive but he didn't give us the final offer in writing ; showed on his computer screen and then denied it . It left a bitter taste in our mouths .

Apart from the shock of failing the MOT due to a split tyre, and the prevalence of amber faults in a car that has only 11,000 miles on the clock, what can be faulted? 10 out 10 from the staff.

Not a scheduled service, but a recovery to Mini. Start to finish the service team were happy to help and accommodating of a last minute drop-in. Annabel kept us well informed and suspension was fixed well within expectations.

When collecting my car I discovered an air bag fault resulting from the fitting of dash cameras. I had to leave my car there and return home without it as there was no one available to resolve. Wasting time off work taken and overcharged for valet

message on dash-reverse light not working. advised I needed a whole light unit, at high cost as calcified contacts in my unit? Health check video advised just change bulb. Reverse light is working with no repair so I was very misled 1* for car wash

Had a tyre replaced which should be covered by the insurance policy Mini sold me 5 months ago. Wasn't unaware until the last minute that the policy was with a third party, told claiming was easy, now being ghosted by Mini regarding the claim form.

Great service (especially from Lauren) despite having to constantly rebook. Deducted one star due to the glue left on the windscreen presumably from protection used for replacing the scuttle panel / wiper arms.

After tyre blowing out, had no option with mini assist for car to be taken to my excellent local car fitters so ended up in main dealership miles away. The tyre price difference was horrendous & had really stressful trip to pick car up.
