message on dash-reverse light not working. advised I needed a whole light unit, at high cost as calcified contacts in my unit? Health check video advised just change bulb. Reverse light is working with no repair so I was very misled 1* for car wash

Had a tyre replaced which should be covered by the insurance policy Mini sold me 5 months ago. Wasn't unaware until the last minute that the policy was with a third party, told claiming was easy, now being ghosted by Mini regarding the claim form.

Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Answered all questions, weren't pushy at all. Lewis was brilliant at keeping in touch or answering calls. Nothing was too much trouble and a really pleasant, honest salesperson.

After tyre blowing out, had no option with mini assist for car to be taken to my excellent local car fitters so ended up in main dealership miles away. The tyre price difference was horrendous & had really stressful trip to pick car up.
