Olivia has kept me in the loop for the whole time and was patient when helping me choose my dream mini. She wasn't pushy and seemed to be genuinely interested in finding the best car for me.

Whole team were warm and friendly, were able to answer questions and resolve issues or answer questions. Even when there were long delivery delays , they kept me up to date.

We had a trainee salesperson who did her best but clearly lacked knowledge about electric cars and it would have been good if at some point we had been joined by someone with more knowledge and expertise. Not having a user manual didn't help.

Purchasing my car was made easy. No sales pressure. All my questions were answered, information was given in a clear and relevant manner. I didnt feel hurried in any way and the salesman was happy to repeat the information when i asked for clarity.

The service was satisfactory but we have a noise coming from the engine, they couldn't work out what it was but not to worry. We would have to book it in again to investigate which would be another £350 or more . Left feeling a bit let down

Expensive for an oil change and apparently inconsistent service depending on perceived wealth, last time I was in business wear and treated much better than when I arrived in casual wear this time.

Bought car in warranty work only 2 years old! Needed my car 2 days so gave me a giant electric countryman Ginormous car I told the woman I have no charger and no means they said that's fine. Charged 35 quid when gave car in and 12 was electricity!!!

Technically the service covered all the requirements. However the support I received from Annabel , explaining the steps, keeping me updated and helping me with some timing issues I had in the afternoon was excellent.

Disappointed that services are not available on Saturday mornings any more and have to rely on collection/delivery. Really appreciate this facility but had to wait longer than expected for a slot

All ok. Had previously agreed to get a valuation done whilst it was in for a service this wasn't done. Sales guy (person) vs sales manager(email) varies by 1k ish so quite a bit. Same with tyre depth, checklist one value and video noticeable more.

I'm overall service was Far too expensive, needed two new tyres they quoted them far too much. Will be taking my car somewhere else for the service next time. Didn't even give it a good clean inside

A well washed car but that's it. Wasted £135 on a diagnostic that seemed all about trying to upsell unnecessary expensive fixes. Told roof closed then found out it wasn't. Will never use you again.
