Excellent customer service from Michael Norcliffe. He and his managers were helpful, polite and always available . This is my third Mini from Dick Lovett. Delighted to return and to have had an excellent experience.

message on dash-reverse light not working. advised I needed a whole light unit, at high cost as calcified contacts in my unit? Health check video advised just change bulb. Reverse light is working with no repair so I was very misled 1* for car wash
