After tyre blowing out, had no option with mini assist for car to be taken to my excellent local car fitters so ended up in main dealership miles away. The tyre price difference was horrendous & had really stressful trip to pick car up.

I was completely satisfied with the work that was done by the team but am very disappointed with the fact I have tried to reach mini as a follow up on damage to the car hand after 2 weeks still have no reply

Good service provided and I appreciated updates and advice from the team . Friendly and welcoming receptionists. Felt a good buzzy atmosphere around the dealership when I dropped off my mini and later when I collected!

Always helpful and do best to look at things as soon as they can. Although they had to keep car overnight things were completed ASAP. Had full explanation of things done and how to clear one of the issues if it happens.

Great customer service shown by Toby Caddick. Our collection had to be rearranged but Toby showed excellent customer service skills to manage our initial disappointment and then make collection extra special on the new date.
