Overall, very happy. Just one issue - on collecting the car I had to pay an additional £100 that I wasn't aware of. It would have been nice to have know this in advance. Also, a bit more of a demo of the car on collection would have been good.

Lovely service desk team - they look after me when I take my Mini there. Waiting appointments are easy - as I can take my laptop in to work whilst I wait.

On arriving no welcome until the assistants finished what they were doing. DoesnÂ’t have the same atmosphere as on previous visits staff were ok but something is lacking since my last visit before Christmas

Staff listened and advised so that I got the model etc that was right for me.There was a slight hitch with delivery but the staff quickly ironed this out and couldn't be more accommodating.

From outset of mot reminder, arranging date, time and a courtesy car. Information and video during the day etc.

Easy to book and deal with any issues. Informed reception staff. Valet service of the car was well done.

I was booked in on the date that worked best for me, the time it took for the MOT was perfect and I was kept informed of how the mot was going.
